Kimberly Poovey is a writer and artist living in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband and 5-year-old son. She has loved to create all kinds of visual art since she was a child and is largely self-taught.
Like any good artist, she suffers from a variety of mental illnesses and believes in breaking the stigma of mental illness and reaching out for both professional and relational help. She loves long walks on the beach, honey-habanero lattes, and Zoloft.
